This is a nice quality yoga mat. It is comfortable, convenient and user-friendly. This comes with a yoga strap also, which is a great value for the price. The strap has stretchy elastic bands at the end so you can tightly hold your mat, no matter how imperfectly you have rolled it up.

The mat itself is a thick memory foam that is a comfortable feel for pressing your hands and feet down into that material. It nicely cushions and absorbs pressure when doing balancing poses as well. The mat is easy to clean, should you spill water or sweat on it- it just wipes up nicely. With the mat strap, it is easy to hold, carry and store. The material is also sweat absorbent and non-slip. It has a nice long length that is perfect for moving through yoga poses and a supportive thickness.

This is ideal for practicing yoga (obviously) both at home, outside or in a yoga studio. It is certainly not limited to that activity however and can be used with Pilates for any exercise activity in which you want a softer surface to work on, or a non-slip grip. I will use mine when doing squats and lunges, lying down for work on my core or standing/sitting on to use with my resistance bands. I am using it for Yoga and Pilates all the time now. This is a great mat for your home gym.
