I made 【TEMPURA】today.
The batter is light and crispy, inside is fluffy and juicy and super delicious!
If you have eggs and flour and know few techniques, you can eat very delicious tempura at home (๑ • ̀ ㅂ • ́) و✧
It's a very simple technique, but many people don't know it.
I want you learn how to do it and eat delicious tempura at your home (^^)



【recipe for 2 serving】
Water 160ml / 0.7cup
cake Flour (all purpose flour is fine)110g / 4oz
Egg yolk 1
Maitake mushroom 30g / 1oz
Green beans 2
Sweet potato 4 slices
Eggplant 1
Pumpkin 2 slices
Crab stick 2
Shrimp 4
Squid 100g / 3.5oz


① Sift the flour with a colander
② Refrigerate flour and water in the refrigerator
③ Ingredients
④ Sprinkle flour on the ingredients
⑤ Add egg yolk to the water
⑥ Add flour to ⑤ ʻFry vegetables in 170 degree oil for 1-2 minutes
⑧ Fiy fish and shellfish for 1 minute with 175 degree oil
* When frying, use chopsticks to put tempura powder on the ingredients and put on the batter.

少しのテクニックで、きれいな花を咲かせることができます!
中はジューシー、そとはカリッ、サクッと美味しい天ぷらに仕上がりました♪

【天ぷらレシピ 2人前】
水 160ml/0.7cup
小麦粉 110g/4oz
卵 1個
舞茸 30g/1oz
いんげん 2本
さつまいも 4スライス
茄子 一本
かぼちゃ 2スライス
カニカマ 2本
海老 4匹
イカ 100g/3.5oz


①小麦粉をザルでふるう
②小麦粉と水は冷蔵庫で冷やす
③具材を切る
④具材に薄く小麦粉をまぶす
⑤水に卵黄を入れて混ぜる
⑥⑤に少しずつ小麦粉を入れて混ぜる
⑦170度の油で野菜を1分〜2分揚げる
⑧175度の油で魚介類を1分あげる
※揚げる際には、箸で具材の上に天ぷら粉を乗せて、衣を大きくする
