Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this 14-minute leg workout. In this video I'll guide you through some simple leg exercises that are both seated and standing.

This routine will help improve mobility, strength, and balance. When your legs are stronger, you will feel the difference in your daily life.You’ll be moving around much easier!Your balance and coordination will improve! You will decrease your risk of falls! And stronger legs can help with pain symptoms!

Follow along with gentle movements that can be done at home, using just a sturdy chair.
