If you’re new here, my name is Ben and honestly man im just trying to navigate and enjoy life just like I assume you are 😌.

In the last 2 years, I have suffered and come out of the worst mental state I have ever experienced and it was all because of working too hard.

Yep, I bet you didn’t expect me to say that.

A deadly combination of having my productivity deeply linked with my self-esteem and being an anxious introvert took me down a path of feeling deeply lonely and consuming ‘toxic’ productivity advice for years which resulted in me developing an insecure over-achiever mindset that didn’t help me. I have experienced from first principle what productivity should feel like, and let me tell you now, it is NOT all about discipline, hard work and forcing yourself to hate the PlayStation (lol)

Throughout my life I have found to use productivity the correct way which has helped me;

~ Run a 19min 5k
~ Run for my country (Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿)
~ Have A Kickboxing Fight 🥊
~ Finish college with distinctions
~ 3 Years of consistent uploads on YouTube (Working with Zoe, LMNT, Exhale and Gymshark)

~ Trainee Manager on £30,000,000 worth of Construction work with the UK’s #1 Best big company to work for 2020;

~1/5 Managing the build of a £22,000,000 Secondary School
~1/4 Managing the build of a £12,000,000 Primary School

I am currently working on a new £24,000,000 Housing Job involving 54 innovative and industry-driving houses, ranging from 2-6 bedroom dwellings. If interested you can see a typical day in my life below 😌
