May is Skin Cancer Awareness month, so my friend Amber (a.k.a Anti Aging Amber) and I decided to collaborate on a video discussing the importance of wearing SPF on a daily basis, and getting your skin checked for irregular moles yearly.

I want to thank my mom for sharing her story of being diagnosed with malignant melanoma last year. Malignant melanoma is the deadliest form of cancer, but if caught in the early stages, has a 99% 5 year survival rate. If the melanoma has spread, there is only a 20% survival rate. DO NOT WAIT to get a mole check. If my mom had waited she might not have been here to do this video with me.
