I know for me and my students, this was one of the most torturous aspects of social anxiety.

Why?

Well, being non-functional in a conversation is bad enough, but what's worse in my opinion was knowing I had so much give and thus so much to say.

But I just couldn't...

And I don't mean I didn't have the confidence, I mean my body would literally shut me down when I tried.

Talk about wanting to pull my hair out!

A blank mind always stems from traumatic experiences from your past, and it's a very misunderstood problem, often dismissed as a 'memory problem' or a quick 'social skills fix'.

But it goes much deeper than that, and we explore this in depth in this video.
