Inheritance is the transfer of rights over assets to legal heirs on the death of an individual.
Even though there are specific laws like The Indian Succession Act 1925, The Hindu Succession Act 1956 ,Personal Laws, Transfer of Property Act 1882,Limitation Act 1963,The Court Fee Act 1870.But dispute arises in sharing/dividing the assets. This can be due to unjustifiable reasons. Then the Partition Suit becomes the only remedy. This video shares the urgency for availing the Legal Remedy for such disputes. Inheritance can be through a Will or without a Will.
Succession provides the procedure for the Inheritance.
