5 Poi Pendulum Tricks You Should Know!

5 of the best pendulum based poi tricks! Poi pendulum tricks don't get a lot of love compared to stalls, but personally I think that pendulum tricks create some of the most exotic poi tricks given that they require a lot more control over the movement of the poi. From pendulum stalls and pendulum vs triquetra, I'm going to take you through 5 tricks with poi pendulums that will spice up your spinning!

Some of these are beginner poi tricks and some of them are intermediate poi tricks, but many are also great for poi transitions between different poi tricks. In addition to well-known pendulum tricks like 1.5 beat weaves, we'll also cover more advanced poi hybrids and antibrids like pendulum vs triquetra and pendulum vs CAP.
