Weekly Guidance for Monday 2nd - Sunday 8th February 2026

It's time to clear out the last bits you don't want to take into the new era.

With the Full Moon in Leo on 1st February (and we'll be feeling the energies of that for a few more days) we're in the final couple of weeks before everything changes.

Where are you still out of alignment with your inner most self? Where do you still sacrifice what you really want just to keep others happy? Or procrastinate the things you know will move you forward? Or get stuck in perfectionism?

This is the week to notice what's making you uncomfortable and get it cleared once and for all. It's showing itself so that you can be ready for the life you really want.

Be present! This isn't time for wishful thinking - it's time to see things as they really are within yourself and your life. And definitely don't get caught in fear.

Fear really is the mindkiller - remember that the energy you put your focus on is what is reflected back to you. Remain in a place of love, joy and gratitude and that's what will come back into your life too.
