I can't even put into words how much gratitude and love I feel for this show. This is one of the few shows I followed since the beginning. Even with Tharntype and Until we meet again (my two other favorite BL Dramas- Definitely recommend!) I only started after the first 6 episodes were already out. Maybe this is the reason why I feel way closer to Why R U, because I've been there since the beginning. I remember watching the trailer and I wasn't even that excited for the show? I knew Saint because I watched Love by Chance and I think he + Tharntype's appearance were they reason why I decided to watch this drama. I wasn't even that hooked on this drama after watching episode 1 but somehow after episode 2 or 3... I WAS SOLD. Every week I waited patiently for another episode. Counting down the hours until the new episode would come out. Especially on fridays. I was so restless and sat down HOURS before the new episode would air because I was so damn excited and needed to prepare myself mentally for new scenes and content. This show made me the happiest and was the thing I looked forward to the most and I can't believe it's gone now. HOWEVER ... I feel content about the ending. I am so damn glad we got a happy ending and we still get to see Saint, Zee, Jimmy and Tommy + the other cast members on social media etc. so they're not gone entirely. :,)


I just want to thank everyone involved with this show so much. Especially because they struggled with the Covid 19 Situation so much (and got a lot of hate because of it) but still made the best they could out of it.



I think the cast is perfectly chosen. The chemistry between all couples is insane, especially between Saint and Zee. (I honestly never saw a couple with that much chemistry before. Fighter and Tutor destroyed any other couples for me.)


I get when people say they don't like the show because there isn't that much plot. But I think maybe that was the reason why I liked it so much? It just focused on the characters. It isn't that plot driven. I could enjoy the journey of Fighter and Tutor's Love Story entirely and wasn't distracted.


What I don't get... is all the hate about too much kisses and NC Scenes between them??? First of all... I always see comments like: "They only have sex blabla" HELLO??? Their first NC scene was in episode 9. There was developement before that. It's not like they directly dived into it lmao.

And the argument that they kissed too much??? I don't get it at all. I'm so tired of seeing BL Couples were one of the characters seems basically asexual (which would be awesome if it would be adressed and represented well!) and has to be persuaded by his partner to kiss or have sex with him.
Sorry, but if you're in a relationship it's not realistic if you just peck each other once in 2 weeks and one of you is still shy about it... maybe if you're 12 or something. When you're older and want to be with a person you want to be as close as possible, want to touch that person as much as possible... which is why I loved Fighter and Tutor so much. It seemed realistic. I believed their love and forgot they were actors entirely. It didn't seem awkward or forced at all. It was just... natural. Especially the few pecks in between, which were not at all sexual, just cute and just showing us their affection towards each other. I don't know. I always get mad when people say stuff like "why do they have to kiss so much?". I don't watch them because they have "hot scenes". I watch them because their entire dynamic and relationship seems natural and believable because of their affection towards each other. Maybe people that write that are 10 or something... Idk I'm petty because I'm just so into this couple and all of their flaws and I would absolutely love to see them get to know each other more (without any more conflict though!).



AND THEIR DYNAMIC!!! We finally don't have the stereotypical shy bottom and confident top character! The position is just a sexual preference and most couples switch anyways! I absolutely loved the 'bottom' character being the dominant one. It was hella refreshing and I think the first time I saw it this way in a BL DRAMA. Also they never called each other Husband and Wife which I find hella cringy and a No-Go... because it compares gay relationships to hetero relationships as if one of them has to be the "female" and one of them the "male". It's toxic. And I'm so glad WHY R U stepped away from that. :)


All in all I LOVE THIS SHOW TO DEATH. With all it's flaws (there are a lot, but I love it nonetheless).

I hope you enjoyed the journey with this show as much as I did.

I won't say goodbye for now. I won't stop making edits about this show. I'll continue to support their actors and support their future works as well. I hope you'll do that as well because they deserve it. :)
