Pho Noodle Soup| Vietnamese Food | Cuu Long II Vietnamese Restaurant

It was a rainy day in Hawaii so I went to Cuu Long II in Chinatown for beef pho. It was the perfect day to have Vietnamese food. The beef combo pho had eye round steak, lean brisket, fat brisket, flank, tripe, tendon and meatball. The broth was rich in flavor with the aromatics of the star anise, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and onions. The shredded pork rolls (deep fried eggrolls) came with thin vermicelli rice noodles. It came with their house nuoc mam dipping sauce. Everything was delicious! The staff was incredibly kind. The decor of the Cuu Long II was aesthetically cute and instaworthy.
