How to Cook SUMAN MALAGKIT | SUMAN MALAGKIT with LATIK SAUCE | Filipino Kakanin Recipe
Suman Malagkit with Coconut Caramel Sauce are the perfect snack or dessert. With steamed or boiled sticky rice cake drizzled with rich and creamy coconut caramel sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2 cups or (1kg) glutinous rice
4 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anise seeds

For the Coconut Caramel (Latik) Sauce:
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup panutsa/sinakob-sugarcane molasses
(use brown sugar/mascuvado sugar if not not available)
