Episode 2 — Full Teardown & Fibreglass Fitment

This episode gets serious.

Our MK7 GTI is completely stripped — engine, drivetrain, interior, electrics, wiring, everything. We mount the bare chassis to a custom-fabricated dolly to help manoeuvre the shell for cleaning and transport between specialist workshops handling the next critical stages of the build:

Back at WMS HQ, we tackle the bodywork — modifying the ABS Motorsport widebody kit to fit our 5-door MK7 chassis (originally designed for a 3-door). With our fibreglass contact unavailable, we took it in-house — including a run to ACE Hardware to pick up the orbital sander and pads to keep the project moving 💥

There’s plenty of hands-on graft, real talk, and a few laughs — with some viewer questions thrown in too.
