1:38 - Crash Ball (Level 1)
5:45 - Polar Panic (Level 2)
9:24 - Pogo Painter (Level 3)
22:40 - Jungle Bash (Level 4)

Game is running on original PlayStation hardware (SCPH-7502), with the AV Multi-Out outputting to my capture card with stereo audio (Gembird, UVG-002 - Chipset UTV007).

Recorded using OBS Studio software. Deinterlaced using Yadif filter.

There might be some static audio noise on some screens.
