Amla Pickle is tasty and tangy way to consume Amla (Indian gooseberry) . It gives all health benefits of Amla and add taste to food .

Ingredient :
1. Amla ( Indian gooseberry )
2. Salt (Namak)
3.Fenugreek Seeds
4 . Mustard Seeds (Rai)
5. Coriander Seeds (Dhana)
6. Fennel seeds (Saunf)
7. Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
8. Red Chili Powder (Mirch)
9. Kashmiri Chili Powder
10. Mustard Oil

Procedure :
1. First roast mustard seeds , fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds
2. Grind the roasted seeds and make uniform course powder .
3. Wash and Steam the Amla (Gooseberries )
4. Remove seeds from Amla and keep the Amla Buds
5. Heat mustard oil until it starts to smoke
6. Add roasted seeds powder into oil and mix it
7. Add Salt the mixture
8. Add Amla into prepared masala
9. Add crushed fennel seeds
10. Mix all the ingredient thoroughly
