In this video, we bring you an important update from YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) that every industrial plot allottee and investor must know.

YEIDA has initiated the process to cancel the allotment of 130 industrial plots located across six industrial sectors of Yamuna City. This action is being taken against those allottees who failed to complete plot registration and submit required documents within the stipulated time, despite receiving official notices.

📍 Affected Sectors:
Sector 24, Sector 24A, Sector 28, Sector 29, Sector 32, and Sector 33

On 21 November, YEIDA issued notices directing allottees to complete registration within 10 days. However, only a limited number of allottees complied, while many either submitted incomplete responses or did not respond at all. As a result, YEIDA has now moved forward with the cancellation of these 130 industrial plots.

The authority’s objective is to ensure optimal utilization of industrial land, promote active industrial development, and accelerate growth in Yamuna City—especially with the Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport) becoming operational soon. YEIDA has clarified that the cancelled plots will be re-allotted to new companies to boost industrial activity in the region.
