🧂 Ingredients:
Chicken Stock - 3.5 - 4 cup of water with Onion + Black Pepper + Clove + Tej Patta
Shredded chicken – 250g (boiled or pre-cooked)
Chopped Carrot – 1/4 cup
Chopped Beans - 1/4 cup
Spring Onion - 3-4 nos.
Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
Chopped green chili – 1

Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Green/Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
White Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt – to taste

Cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour + 3 tbsp water)

Spring onion (for garnish)

🍳 Method:
Boil Chicken with all the ingredients for 5-8 mins to prepare the chicken stock
In a hot wok or pan, sauté garlic and green chili until aromatic.
Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry on high flame for 1–2 mins.
Add shredded chicken and stir to combine.
Pour in stock and bring it to a boil.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper & salt.
Mix well and simmer for 5 mins.
Add the cornflour slurry to thicken the soup slightly.
Stir and cook for another 2–3 mins until the soup reaches desired consistency.

Garnish with spring onion and serve piping hot!
