Hello, neighbors and friends Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're taking a look together at our Specialty Recreation retractable interior shade for your RV skylights. And it's gonna have a white trim, and the shade itself is gonna be a wide or grayish color. Now folks, I wanna go ahead and put up some dimensions real quick and also let you know that this will work with cutout sizes 14 by 14 inch, 14 by 22 inch, 13 by 19 inch, and also 15 by 18 inch. Now overall again, it's 25 and 1/2 inches long by 17 1/4 inches wide. Now it is an easy screw on application.

You're gonna get a drill bit, some screws, and then some white plastic covers to cover up those screws and everything. You're also gonna get this nice template that comes with the instructions. You simply would lay that out where you need to match it up, and then that gives you an easier place where to drill the holes. So that's a nice touch that it comes with. Now, ideally this is gonna be on your skylights.

Obviously you're gonna be reaching up when the shower or whatnot, and then you simply pull the shade down to cover the light coming through so no one can see you showering or whatnot. And then simply push the shade back up whenever you are using it. So again, it would be inverted like this, and then from the top down it would look something pretty much like this. And again, you'd be reaching over your head and taking it up or down accordingly. Now, I did notice when I had it standing up, you kind of saw it pops in, but whenever it was flat and everything like it would be installed, that doesn't happen.

So just kind of pointing that out there. So a nice little shade for your skylight. It does run on plastic rails for smooth operation. It's gonna control how much light you wanna let into the RV or camper. And again, the material itself here is made to resist mold and stuff.

So it is made for those damp areas above the shower or bath. And once again, it's an easy screw in installation with the included hardware and the templates included and it's made right here in the US.
