Dr. Klein's great, he tries to explain everything to patients from the beginning to the end. He gives them their different options, he works with them if they're not comfortable, he says I won't proceed. He does try to accommodate everybody in all different situations. He also does sedation for patients that have a really high fear. We try to tell them we go at their pace; we have people that are scared to sit down so if you don't want to sit down you can stand up. We're just trying to get them to a spot where they're comfortable.

I think my favorite part, I just like to interact with patients, people, even kids. I just try to be as normal as if I was at home, that's just me, I'll goof around with kids or even adults, whatever.

I recommend Highland Dental Clinic. I think our whole staff is great, we all get along perfect, we go out to lunch, we do things outside of work. Dr. Klein's great, he works wonderful with kids. As far as a boss he's always kept his word with me, we have a good time besides him being the boss, he can have fun with us too. We crack up but we also do know when to be serious and to take things seriously. We work hard and we try to provide the best service.
