Chromosomes are tremednous structure of all living beings. In case of bacteria they are circular but in eukaryotes they are condensed structure of of chromatin material. On the basis of cnetromere chromosomes may be
(a) Mnocentric
(b) Dicentric
(c) Polycentric
(d) Diffused centric
Number of chromosomes are always species specific but some times due to error in cell divission their number may be changed.
