In story, Nicole's baby was taken by Sloan (Jessica Serfaty), who is trying to pass the baby off as her and Eric's adopted son. Sloan, also knows that the baby is Eric and Nicole's biological child. All of this, harkens back to the classic DAYS baby switch storyline where Nicole stole Sami's (Alison Sweeney) baby. Looks like heartbreaking karma has come back to bite Nicole.
