BACALAR (lake of 7 colors) | Mexico Vlog #3

Bacalar is an up and coming premier vacation spot in Quintana Roo, Mexico. 3+ hours south of Cancun, it's a hike for travelers, but WELL WORTH the extra travel time!

Known as the "lake of 7 colors," the vibrant shades of blue make Bacalar's beauty second to none.

Bacalar is still remote enough to have some small town charm, but I have a feeling it will be a full-on vacation hotspot in the years to come, and there's no question why.

I loved the time I got to spend in Bacalar! The people were friendly, the animails were plenty (cats at restaurants, dogs everywhere), and the food was outstanding. I will be back, for sure!
