I have had this problem for a while now, it's not that the washing machine doesn't stop filling quite the opposite, it gets stuck in a draining cycle by the sound of it.

sometimes it's as if water is recycling and it's shooting water back into the sump area where it continuously attempts to drain.

the water turbidity sensor is not the issue I don't think. I have cleaned out the wastewater pipe with baking soda and vinegar as well as a finish dishwasher cleaner.

no water is leaking.
