Will find both of the applications on the play store. download both of them. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. because without Wi-Fi network, the wireless debugging will not work.
Make sure that, you already have enabled developer options.

How to enable developer options:
1) go to settings
2) go to about phone.
3) click 7 times quickly on Build Number.
