抹茶慕斯蛋糕食材, 6寸:

🍃慕斯蛋糕底:
无盐黄油45克 (需软化,用微波炉加热30-40秒, 隔热水融化)
奥利奥饼干90克 (去除夹心部分)

🍃慕斯糊部分:
牛奶120克
细砂糖55克 (分成45克一份和10克一份)
抹茶粉15克
吉利丁片10克(用清水或冰水泡软)
淡奶油 200克
原味酸奶120克

慕斯蛋糕做好后,冰箱冷藏4小时以上或一个晚上

🍃Mousse cake base:

55g caster sugar
15g matcha powder
10g gelatin sheets (soak in water or ice water to soften)
200g thickened cream
