This is the first time I've made a charcuterie board. It includes cheese, dried fruit, crackers, nuts, chocolate, cookies and other dessert. I bought a whole bunch of cheese initially, but one of my guests was a vegan, so for her I made this charcuterie board half cheese and half fruit with some dessert. Wine was served as well, but is not part of this video. You can see what I bought in the previous video as part of the grocery haul.
