VLC SCREEN CAPTURE CANNOT CAPTURE AUDIO, SO USE SEPARATE AUDIO RECORDER APP. I recommend using Audacity for recording sound from you computer

INSTRUCTIONS:
First you need the free program VLC, search for VLC download in your browser, download and install the program first if you don’t have it.
Start VLC
Media / Open Capture Device

Under Capture mode you choose ”Desktop”
Then set the ’Desired frame rate for the capture’ I recommend 30 frames per second.

Then where it says ’Play”, click on the arrow and choose ’Convert’
You then get a new Convert window where you choose Profile: Video – H.264 + MP3 (MP4)
Then choose a Destination file where you want your recorded clip to be saved. Press
The ’Browse’ button and choose a location on your harddisk or whatever.
Then press’Start’ to start the recording.



Getting the mouse pointer to work: In VLC meny choose ’Tools/preferences’
Show settings, press the ’All’ radio button
Next scroll down to ’Input / Codecs and choose ’Access modules’
Find the ’Screen’ setting
Click the checkbox ’Follow the mouse’
If you havent download my mouse pointer from description, do so now.
And choose ’Mouse pointer image’, choose which mouse pointer you want.
Then press ’Save’

Go back to the beginning to start a new recording with a working mouse.
