This classic Campari cocktail is the ideal aperitif. Bitter Campari notes sweetened by vermouth and lengthened with a spritz of soda water.

INGREDIENTS
45mL Campari
45mL Sweet Vermouth
Soda Water

HOW TO
1. Fill a high ball with ice
2. Add both the Campari & Sweet Vermouth
3. Top with soda
4. Stir & garnish with a twist of orange
