Sullivan began his career with the Packers as a training camp intern in 2003 and steadily worked his way up through the football operations department. He became a scout, eventually serving as a Central Plains regional scout, and has been deeply involved in player evaluation for more than two decades. His résumé spans the Brett Favre era, the Aaron Rodgers era, and now the Jordan Love transition, giving him firsthand experience with sustained success across multiple roster resets.

The Packers’ philosophy is simple and ruthless. Draft well, develop internally, and use free agency sparingly. That approach has kept their cap flexible and their roster competitive for decades. While other teams chase fixes in March, Green Bay trusts its scouting department, and more often than not, they’re right.
