Answering your questions about being a Psychologist

Are you thinking about becoming a psychologist? Or curious about how psychologist's manage their self-care? In this week's video, I answer a psychology student's questions around balancing work, while also taking care of myself and some of the stressors of the role.

Working as a psychologist is a very rewarding role and the work that we do is a privilege. However, it's a big thing to speak to several people in a day about important aspects of their life - Learning to manage your own self-care is an extremely important aspect to this job, to avoid burn out.
