250 g +40 g (if need) all purpose flour 面粉
1/4 tsp salt 盐
2 tbsp (30 g) sugar 糖
1.5 tsp active dry yeast 干酵母粉
300 g soy milk dregs 豆渣
1 egg 鸡蛋
35 g softened butter 软化黄油
100 g raisins 葡萄干
