Smriti Mandhana, the face of Indian women’s cricket and now a World Champion, is once again in the headlines—this time not for her on-field heroics, but for her breathtaking new bungalow rising in her hometown, Sangli.
Built right in the middle of lush green farms, this luxurious mansion looks straight out of a Bollywood film. And guess what? Smriti herself revealed that she designed the entrance inspired by Karan Johar–style homes because she has grown up admiring that cinematic feel!

In an exclusive interaction with Jatin Sapru, Smriti gave fans the very first glimpse of her new dream project. The massive home includes a swimming pool, practice nets, box-cricket space, and even a dedicated pickleball court lovingly designed by her father. The walls of this court showcase Smriti’s journey—from her childhood memories to her iconic international tons.

This bungalow was also meant to host her wedding with Palash Muchhal in Sangli, but with her father’s sudden health issues, the ceremony has been postponed. Fans are sending love and prayers, while also being awestruck by this beautiful new place Smriti will soon call home.
