Dogfish Head - 120 Minute IPA (2018) - How Long Can You Age an IPA?

This edition of the cellar dive, I'm taking a look at a beer that I've had in my collection for five years already - Dogfish Head's 120 Minute IPA. This massive imperial IPA is between 15-20% (love the ambiguity here), and this will be my first time trying this, even though I knew this day would come eventually. Is 5 years too long to age this beer? Maybe give it another 5 years? Let's try it out and see.
