First post-war meeting (including representatives from Germany) since Treaty of Versailles.



Meeting room w/ tables set up; no people - except a reflection in the mirror of the Pathe cameraman turning hand-cranked camera.



Military leaders talking outside. Delegates on steps; they begin to enter. More shots of people exiting and entering; or chatting. People on steps watch the delegates; generals; etc. leaving.



German delegates leave; immediately get into car. Marshal Ferdinand Foch and Admiral Wemyss are among those seen here.
