Rule 1: 1:58 Start with 1 d4 and 2 Nc3
Rule 2: 4:24 Against ...c5 - Nb5! is often a good plan
Rule 3: 8:59 Against ....Bf5 - f3,g4 and h4 can be effective
Rule 4: 11:23 After a capture on d4 White can aim to castle Queenside and attack!
Rule 5: 14:05 e4!? is often fun, gambiting a pawn to attack!
