• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• Red chili pepper, sliced
• Fresh ginger, sliced
• Fresh dill, chopped
• Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
1. Peel shrimp & prep ingredients (chili, garlic, ginger, dill)
2. Add chopped garlic to the pan
3. Add red chili pepper
4. Add fresh ginger
5. Place shrimp in the pan
6. Sear on both sides
7. Add chopped dill
8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
9. Drizzle with juice of half a lemon
