Mickaël Dufourneaud proposes a participative talk around personalities and the ways we communicate described through the Process Communication Model. He discusses the approaches to spotting and understanding the different personality types. He also discusses the 6 basic attitudes of communication and management as well as their indicators. He presents the Process Communication model, the structure of personality, the basic concept and phase, the elevator, consequences for the relationship and motivations in management. The 6 types of personalities, their specific way of communicating, working in teams, being motivated, managing and behaving under stress are also explored.
