📖 Easiest Healthy Vegan Pancakes 📖

Ingredients (for 15 pancakes):

Whole wheat flour (4 cups/ 500 g)
Baking powder (15 g)
Ground flaxseed (3 tbsp): https://amzn.to/2QTGF4i

Optional:
sweetener of choice (to taste)
some oil for coating your pan (not necessary if you own a nonstick frying pan and don’t want to use oil)

Kitchen equipment you need:

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl or in your high-speed blender and mix well.

2. Heat up your pan (optionally coat it with some neutral oil like sunflower oil) and evenly distribute about 1 ladle of dough in your pan.

3. As soon as the top of your pancake is almost dry, flip the pancake and bake the other side for a few more moments.

Enjoy!

Ground flaxseed is a key ingredient in this pancake dough, so don’t skip them! They replace the eggs in vegan pancake recipes. It’s important to use ground flaxseed and not whole flaxseed.
