DIY insulated automatic incubator | How to make chicken incubator

This is a fully automatic incubator which is insulated from all sides, It is controlled by XM18 controller which manages Temperature, Humidity, Egg turning and Ventilation ,The upper part is design as a drawer which is detachable and have all the electronics attached, There is a Styrofoam filled in the cavity of the structure which helps in keeping the temperature maintain and for the humidity 1.5 liter of humidifier is attached which is placed on the top side of this incubator, It is covered with aluminium sheet all over from inside which will further helps in maintaining the temperature and humidity as well, For the ventilation the fresh air comes in side with the dehumidifier and exhaust fan keep rolling every 1 hour as well as excessive temperature and humidity if it reaches over the set program, In this size it needs around 200 watts of power but this insulated incubator maintaining only in 100 watt of 2 ceramic heaters, I have placed two automatic tray and one manual tray inside which can keep total of 220 of small chicken eggs such as bantam. I didn't show electrical wiring in so much detail because I have made another video in great detail.
