This is my first shot at a product review and I'm pretty happy with the way it came out! I recently purchased the Elite Arion Digital Smart B + roller, so I wanted to share what I've learned and give a full run down on the roller. You will find a full breakdown of the roller and tips on how to get started on your roller if you decide to give one a shot. Rollers are very different from a regular bike trainer as you must maintain your balance providing a more full body workout.
