Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty's 'Hera Pheri 4' is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film's promo has been shot and now the news is that the film will go on floors in the second part of 2023. However, now reports are rife that the film has run into legal trouble because they have reportedly not taken T-series' permission for music and audio rights.

Akshay Kumar Hera Pheri 4 has reportedly gotten into legal trouble. According to a report by Koimoi, T-Series has issued a public notice to the makers. The notice claims that the audio and visible rights of each music within the Hera Pheri Franchise is owned by T-series.

An excerpt from the discover read, “Notice is hereby given to the public in general and film trade in particular that Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited (T-Series)is the sole and absolute owner of copyright in relation to the music and audio visual songs i.e. Master Sound Recordings, Literary Works and Musical Works embodied in the Sound Recordings, and Audio Visuals of all the songs (hereinafter referred to as “Music and Audio Visual Song Rights”) for total world in perpetuity for exploitation on all modes, media and codecs (whether or not current now and / or arising in future)within the Hindi language movie at the moment “Untitled”, to be launched as a franchise of the «HERA PHERI’ movies (hereinafter known as the “Franchise Film”); The Music and Audio Visual Song Rights have been assigned by Base Industries Group to T-Series.”

According to a source by Pinkvilla, the film will pick up from where it ended in 'Phir Hera Pheri'. The source informed, "The fans have been eager to know what happens to the guns and Hera Pheri 3 will open with the closing scene of Phir Hera Pheri. The story from there will take a leap and take the three characters on an international ride of guns and mafia."

“Very few know that the plot of Hera Pheri 3 is actually written by the late writer, Neeraj Vora, who been a key contributor to the earlier two Hera Pheri films. His plot has been given the modern flavour for the current context. Newer characters will be introduced in Hera Pheri 3, which includes Sanjay Dutt too as a gangster.”

Days after it was revealed that Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty had begun filming for ' Hera Pheri 3, ' a viral photo purportedly from the set of the film has surfaced. According to sources, the image is from a film promo that the three actors shot, proving that they will really return to the iconic franchise.
