This is a comparison video of the EMG Retroactive Fat 55 & Super 77 pickups and the MF (Marty Freidman) passive pickup. All in the bridge position.

High gain, low gain & clean tones used.

The Retroactives have a bit more output and the MF is less compressed. I think they all sound killer but I personally prefer the passives in this particular guitar.
