The importance of getting away from a narcissistic abuser

In today’s video I want to talk about the invisible forces that can hold a narcissistically abusive system together. There are some pretty cool ideas in the field of personality research that shed light on these forces. I’m going to explain what some of them are and then use them to explain why distance from the narcissistic abuser is so necessary for recovery.
