Knowing how to perform CPR and AED is an important lifesaving skill. This video from the Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA) will teach you how!

Important Steps to Remember
1) Check for Danger such as electrical cables, fire, construction works, traffic and so on.
2) Determine Responsiveness by tapping the victim's shoulders and asking "Hey! Are you okay?"
3) Shout for help! Get someone to call the ambulance and to get an AED machine.
4) Open the victim's Airway by lifting the chin and tilting the head.
5) Check for Breathing.
6) Commence Compressions
