did you know you can make cinnamon rolls out of pizza dough? well, you can. just add some brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt, roll them up into a log, cut them into 8 rolls, and toss them in a cast iron. cook them low and slow over an open flame, covering them when you're partway through to make sure the tops get cooked. mix up some cream cheese, cream, and brown sugar into a glaze and drizzle / dip those rolls into it when they're done.

don't forget to roll your pooch, but just a little bit because people on the internet get weird about dogs and cinnamon (small quantities are fine!). actually, people on the internet get weird about everything, so you do you.
