This video explain our new work on Polymers MDPI. The main goal was to produce semiconductor ceramic initiators as microparticles for photopolymerization, instead of nanoparticles that may cause genotoxicity.

This work was led by Maria Canillas and Declan Devine, with myself, Marcelo J. C. de Sá and Michael Nugent as co-authors from Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest and PIPE/UFPR .

Due to the increased obstacles, and overall properties, it took us a long time to complete this work in order to obtain a feasible material.
