Himalayan Kriya Master, Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath shows and explains the alchemical process of parad (solidified mercury). In this same way, the human being can be transformed in an alchemical spiritual process with the steady practice of Kriya Yoga. Gurunath explains how tamed mercury also known as "Quick Silver" or "the philosophers stone" is used as an aid by Himalayan Yogis to achieve enlightenment along side their steadfast kriya sadhana.
