This is the Surface 3 with Type Cover. A Tablet which was a cheap rival from Microsoft to the iPad. Initially launched with Windows 8.1 in 2015. This one has a 7th Generation Atom Processor, 4Gb DDR3 RAM and 128Gb Storage.

It was eventually replaced by the Surface Go range. It has had its software updated to Windows 10 and now, Windows 11.
