The system has been developed with the assistance of staff from the Police, Border control and Immigration, Custodial and secure Patient services. It has therefore been designed to meet the needs of staff across all of these disciplines.

Unfortunately during restraint especially prolonged restraints there are risks sometimes with unfortunate and even fatal consequences.

This system provides a safe, humane and Human Rights complaint form of prolonged mechanical restraint therefore reducing the risk to both staff and subjects.
