2024 A3 8Y - Aftermarket to Genuine OEM Interior Multi Colour Ambient Lighting

Hi Everyone!

A little while ago we had a client bring their 2024 Audi A3 8Y Saloon to us after they had an aftermarket Interior Multi-Colour Ambient Lighting system fitted to the vehicle. Unfortunately the client said they were not that pleased with the overall system that was finished as it didnt always work, lights randomly changes colours, and they were not able to adjust the colours via the MMI system.

So they asked us to remove the aftermarket kit completely, taking the car back to its stock configuration and then put in the Genuine OEM Audi A3 8Y Interior Multi-Colour Ambient Lighting as if fitted "at the factory".

So this video walks through a bit more detail of the differences between an aftermarket system and a genuine OEM setup and explained some of the hurdles we had to jump through to get the car exactly as it should be.
